Beautiful Apartments in New York

I was looking at Todd Selby's website earlier, and I thought these two homes deserved a post of their own. I think my favorite thing about them is that both don't look like they would be in New York. Especially the first one with all the white and brightness. The apartment could be anywhere, and I would never guess Brooklyn.
