Jeffrey Campbell vs. Prada

I was looking at the Jeffrey Campbell website today when I stumbled upon these shoes that strongly resemble the Prada creepers.  Campbell calls them "ad long" shoes, but they are practically the same as the Prada shoes that flew off the shelves all season.  I'm not gonna lie, I wouldn't mind owning the shoes even though they aren't quite the same as the Prada ones because they are probably a lot cheaper.

Here's some pieces I found that are similar to the extremely popular Prada Spring 2011 collection but way cheaper.  This season's trends are bold and bright colors, color blocking and thick stripes.

Prada Fantasy Lookbook

Here's the lookbook for one of the most memorable and most worn collections from spring 2011.  Prada's bright and bold colors, thick-striped outfits and daring banana prints definitely catapulted the fashion world toward spring's technicolor trend.

Milan Fashion Week: Anna Dello Russo

On the streets of Milan, color was king this season, but the queen was Anna Dello Russo.  She stunned street style photographers with her colorful wardrobe consisting mainly of looks from Prada, Miu Miu and Jil Sander.  Let's face it, the lady is the Lady Gaga of style.

LOVE: Prada Fall 2011

I adore Prada's mermaid-like skirts and dresses with the gorgeous scale like sequins.  The fur coats are to die for, and while this is not the bananas or the stripes that we've seen all over the streets and magazine pages this season, I think it's definitely a wearable and unique collection worthy of some press.

LOVE: Rihanna S&M

Rihanna is rocking some Prada and channeling Anna Dello Russo in her new video S&M.  Check it out, the video is a super colorful albeit kind of kinky playhouse.

Favorite shoes from Milan Fashion Week

Milan Fashion Week really brought out the big guns when it came to shoes.  Especially Prada, ugh I die over the awesome platforms and crazy colors.  Moschino's shoes are gorgeous as well, I love the way the ribbons lace up the ankle.

Versus' shoes were also my favorites, I love the colors and floral prints.

Prada killed it this season with accessories.

I am obsessed with the sunglasses and the bags.  I am not sure how much I like the banana prints, but I love the modern look and the thick stripes.

I can't wait to see what Miucca Prada does with Miu Miu this season if she went so modern with Prada.
