Fendi and Gucci Pre-Fall Collections

So, I decided to combine the Fendi and Gucci collections because I think they are both prime examples of color blocking and monochromatic looks.  However, both labels do it differently, and I think it's interesting to see how two Italian companies can be so completely different.

I tend to like Fendi's minimalism better, what about you?

Favorite shoes from Milan Fashion Week

Milan Fashion Week really brought out the big guns when it came to shoes.  Especially Prada, ugh I die over the awesome platforms and crazy colors.  Moschino's shoes are gorgeous as well, I love the way the ribbons lace up the ankle.

Versus' shoes were also my favorites, I love the colors and floral prints.

Obsessed: Fendi Spring 2011

I am obsessed with everything that went on at the Fendi show.

First of all, the models' hair was to die for.  Next, the glasses: can we say fierce?  And the basic colors and the minimalism that Fendi embraced made this collection chic but elegant, cool but still sophisticated.
