Resort 2012: Favorite looks
As always, the season passes, and I haven't posted all the collections I loved. This time though I decided to pick 11 (I couldn't chose 10) designers that I hadn't posted about yet and tried to pick a couple looks that really stood out to me. Basically, I just pick outfits that I would either personally wear or if I saw someone on the street, I would think wow, that girl can dress. Let me know if you had other favorites!

Resort 2012: Jonathan Saunders
As always, there seems to be more collections that I love than I have time to post... so my goal is to finish posting my favorites in a week! We'll start it off with Jonathan Saunders whose gorgeous structured dresses and patterns I think are to die for.

Resort 2012: Miu Miu
I adore this Miu Miu collection and the lightning bolt dresses are to die for. My only issue with both the Miu Miu resort collection and the Prada resort collection is that these girls were photographed sitting down which makes me wonder how the clothes actually fit. However, that aside, Miucca Prada has done it again!

OBSESSED: Alexander McQueen Resort 2012
Somewhere up there Alexander McQueen is smiling. Sarah Burton is continuously surprising critics and surpassing expectations, she's done him proud with this collection.
Resort 2012: Alexander Wang & Calvin Klein
Two collections did simplicity well this resort season and those are Alexander Wang and Calvin Klein. Even though Wang used more color than Klein, I think there was something simple about his pops of color. Both collections are totally different. Where Wang embraces the edgy cool girl, Klein goes for understated glamour, but both are equally awesome in different ways.

Lanvin's adorable children's collection

Oscar de la Renta Resort 2012
Aside form the weird hats, I think this collection has some definite high points including the polka dot dresses and the pink and silver flower gown.
