Photo Journal: Seattle, WA (part one)
First off I want to thank everyone for keeping my blog alive while I've been traveling. I really appreciate all the views and encourage you to leave me more comments! Also, with the new school year coming up, I'm looking to add something a little different to my blog to make it more original, feel free to leave me ideas!
Here's a look at some photos I took in Seattle, which by the way is an amazing town that I would be happy to live in some day if I thought I could ward of seasonal depression. When I was there the weather was totally perfect, and the skies were cloudless every day. The locals say it's the summers that make up for all the cloudy days they get throughout the year, and I have to tell you, if Seattle was as beautiful all year round as it was when I was there, it'd definitely move into my top 10 list of places I'd like to live some day, a list I might be adding San Francisco too as well.

OBSESSED: Lindsey Wixson for i-D pre-fall
If you haven't already figured out I am totally obsessed with i-D magazine. I think it's just a really awesome publication that strives to be different, and I am still reeling from the gorgeous covers they put out in the summer. Now we're getting into pre-fall, and I can't wait to see who all makes the covers because they put one of my favorite models Lindsey Wixson on the first one shot by Terry Richardson. What do you think, awesome or cliche?

OBSESSED: We are Handsome Memoirs Swimwear
Oh the things I would do for that wolf bikini! You can find these awesome swimsuits at farfetch.com and discothisfriday.com. Who do you think does bathing suits with animals better? While We are Handsome did it first, Wildfox is doing a pretty good job themselves.

OBSESSED: Wildfox Couture Swimwear 2012
Ohhh my gosh. Wildfox Couture is making swimwear. These suits are to die for, and the printed ones remind me of the We are Handsome swimsuits, which I'll post about a little later. I adore the florals in this collection and the skeleton one piece. The only negative is that I have a feeling these might be a little on the pricey side though. UPDATE: I also just realized these were shot by Mark Hunter, The Cobra Snake, and I have to say I am totally impressed, I would have never guessed!

Fashion Evolution: Emma Watson from Sorcerer's Stone to Deathly Hallows
Emma Watson started playing Hermoine Granger when she was only 11 years old, and now ten years later, she is 21 and quite the gorgeous and fashionable woman. Here's a look at her red carpet style evolution starting with the Sorcerer's Stone and ending with her beautiful display in Oscar de la Renta for the Deathly Hallows.

Natalia Vodianova's White Fairy Tale Love Ball
If this party doesn't scream fairy tale, I don't know what will. Let's take a look why:
- It's in Valentino's house outside of Paris.
- There was a fairy tale themed fashion show where models wore looks created by designers.
- Valentino himself designed Vodianova's dress (his first design since retiring in 2008) to represent Little Red Riding Hood.
- Anne Hathaway wore the famed white dress that got a lot of air time in "Valentino: The Last Emperor."
- Just look at the photos and watch the video, looks like quite the party.

Festival street style: Glastobury 2011 (part two)
As I said before in my earlier post, Hunter rain boots seemed to be the common denominator for all the festival-goers this past weekend. However, after perusing through some new photos, I realized I can add the army jacket in as well. Enjoy!
Festival street style: Glastonbury 2011
Clearly, the predominant trend here are Hunter rain boots, which for anyone who has never worn them, are incredibly heavy. I always seem to wear them when I am running late for class, and the next day my calves feel like they got a workout. Anyways, a lot of these looks are very wearable and ownable for people who don't have thousands to spend on their wardrobe, for instance you can find Alexa Chung's dress (and variations of it) at Topshop for around $75. Also, does Glastonbury look like the muddiest place on earth or is it just me?

This happens every season, I get caught up with school and don't finish posting about looks I loved during Paris Fashion Week. So here's my attempt at finishing up the season before resort is completely underway. Enjoy!

Best Dressed at Cannes (part two)
Here's some more looks I found that I adore from Cannes. I'm totally loving the fact that Elizabeth Olsen went for two contrasting looks that were both from The Row, and I think Clemence Posey looks stunning. Enjoy and tell me what you think!
