LFW: Print-centric at Holly Fulton, Mary Katrantzou and Peter Pilotto

Three collections I am OBSESSED with from London Fashion Week are Holly Fulton, Mary Katrantzou and Peter Pilotto.  The three designers experimented with prints and shapes to create fun night wear for the bold and daring.  Mary Katrantzou's is probably in my top five favorite collections from Fashion Month.  I love her shapes and colors, and even though her clothes are busy, they never appear to me to be too much because the clean lines make them sleek.  Fulton's clothes are bold and have sophisticated modern shapes.  Her electric blue dresses are like the It girl's LBD.  Finally, Pilotto's collection once again, incorporates unique shapes and textures to create the print-centric looks he has mastered.

Peter Pilotto Hair and Makeup

Peter Pilotto Fall 2011

Peter Pilotto's fall collection was probably one of my favorites from London Fashion Week.  I love the neck lines and the patterns, and I am obsessed with the hair and makeup.  I'm going to make another post about it so you can really see what Pilotto did to the girls' eyes.

What do you think?

LOVE: Peter Pilotto Spring 2011

There are so many awesome things about Peter Pilotto's spring 2011 collection that I don't know where to begin, but I'll try, so here we go...

1. I love the drapery he did on his clothes and how a lot of the dresses are draped but structured at the same time.

Favorite shoes from London Fashion Week

Some of my favorite shoes from London Fashion Week.  I don't know when this platform craze started, but these Acne shoes are crazy awesome.  The Erdem shoes are my favorite (I believe Nicholas Kirkwood did them).

What were some of your favorite shoes from London Fashion Week?
